ROOF INSULATION
Like the walls , fillings of openings and basement ceilings , the roof cladding forms a part of a comprehensive solution to building insulation.
The roof structure is constantly exposed to wind , cold and other weather phenomena , so uninsulated roof structures constitute a significant share of heat loss.
Roof insulation prevents heat from escaping into the environment in winter , in summer, on the contrary, retards the penetration of heat from the sun and external environment inside the building.
Flat roof insulation is realised by using polystyrene and mineral wool with a roofing of asphalt strips or waterproofing membrane.
We also provide a thermal insulation of ceiling and roof structures with blown mineral wool.
